JOB DESCRIPTION

Urgent hiring for Commis-II (Bakery & Pastry) and Commis-III (Bakery & Pastry) for a reputed company, 7 Papers Trading Company, in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have relevant bakery and pastry experience and knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and food safety standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare bakery products, pastries, desserts, and other baked items. Assist with daily bakery and pastry kitchen operations. Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Keep kitchen equipment and workstations clean. Support senior chefs with daily preparation tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience in bakery and pastry. Good knowledge of bakery and pastry preparation. Proper personal hygiene and grooming. Knowledge of food safety standards is mandatory. Basic English communication skills required.
